They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad.
