They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. when they finally did see me me, they were rude and talked down to me...their office smelled like urine
