They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I've been with Dr. Jones for 7 years, two births and many other things she's helped me with. She makes an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. She always remember me and my situation and make me feel very important whenever we talk or meet. She always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff and clients. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I highly recommend Dr. Jones!
