I’ve seen Dr. Jones for over 10 years. I’ve been living in Europe for the last 5 of them, but I still travel back to see her because she’s that good. She’s a very compassionate doctor. You go back to professionals when you know they care. Lately I’ve seen Dr. Jones for some complex medical issues – and the scope of her knowledge is astounding. Mention an isolated symptom or two that you wouldn’t think could have any relevance – she won’t just dismiss it. Every symptom is important when you’re looking at the whole person. Other doctors ignored what was beyond their own understanding, but it was not beneath Dr. Jones to tell me “I don’t know - but I’m going look it up, so we can figure this out.” She did. And thus for me, she wove together every isolated piece until the diagnosis took shape. It really helps that you never feel rushed by Dr. Jones. The world makes you feel rushed. But go here, and you’ll know someone cares, really cares enough to slow you down and take the time with you that you need; that all of us need but don’t usually get. And I can reliably say this now after a decade. It is refreshing in a very busy world. I do love the site of the new practice and the whole warm atmosphere at Bella Natural Health, but now I’ve just discovered I can ‘go’ to my appointment from the comfort of home – on Skype! It works out from Europe. I imagine it would as well from anywhere in the USA.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. This is where I took my daughter for her first GYN appointment. I knew they would make her first time comfortable and they did!
