They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I went in for an extraction they pulled the wrong tooth and I had to go back in for 4 additional visits before they figured out why I was in pain, then they pulled the right tooth and broke a bone in my jaw then refused to fix it for over 4 months and was in excruciating pain from the first visit. Still in pain and need more fixed but I would rather be in pain than ever go there again.

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time. Making the appointment was easy and I was able to get in within two weeks. I knew I would be receiving exceptional care when I watched them follow proper procedures for taking care of their equipment and me. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
