Dr Anderson is a tribute to what Surgeons should be, and how they conduct their practice. Dr. Anderson said I wasn't a candidate for surgery because he wasn't 100% sure he could fix my problems. So many doctors operate without the proper expectations, only to be paid without concern for the patient.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
