If you are not a Fallon patient - in other words if all your doctors are not Fallon-affiliated - do not bother. I tend to my health faithfully - ophthalmology, colonoscopy, mammogram, gyn, etc. Since this physician does not have access to these records, I have incessantly been reminded via email, snail mail, phone calls and in person that I need testing, Perhaps that is why med costs are out of control. I signed release for med records which were never received by this office. I have been held responsible! Dr. Shukla has been rude and does not listen to my concerns. Without discussion, she decides on a treatment plan and before I knew it, I was getting jabbed with a needle. I need to have say in my treatment and this is not possible with Shukla. I'm moving on to a physician who will listen and will care about their patients.
