Dr. Klein and his staff were extremely friendly almost to the point of being overly friendly. Overall, I was satisfied with his dental work but a bit concerned afterwards when I realized he did more work than he informed me of. I was allowed a $1000 a year through my dental plan and he used it all up without my knowledge by doing work that I had not consented to. I was told I would have a couple of fillings when in fact he filled all of my teeth...even the ones that did not need it. I had a bridge done with him and I was happy with his work. However, I did not feel comfortable returning. The money used on the fillings should have been used towards my bridge work. Instead, I had to pay out of pocket.
