Dr. Whately was a great help to my husband when he was hospitalized in the ER for not being able to move; another doctor suspected a possible stroke. After taking a thorough history, she figured out what was probably wrong; he had likely forgotten to take his Parkinson's medications the night before. She was careful, thorough and practical in her diagnostics and treatment. As a person, she was kind, good-humored and very pleasant to deal with. She took lots of time with my husband and me.
