He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

This provider was very unsatisfactory for my elderly parents. She discharged my dad from the hospital when it was clear to the family that he was not safe or ready to go home. About 4 hrs after the discharge from the hospital, I had to call 911 to get him back to the hospital as he had an episode of shock where his temp dropped to 92 and he was unresponsive. Once the ER folks got him stablized we felt it was safe to leave him at the hospital. She then proceeded to come to his room in the morning and let him know that Blue Cross was fed up with him going to the ER. I feel she gives very bad care to elderly patients.
