Their staff is friendly, some more so than others. The nurse practioner is so warm and professional, she makes the whole experience that much better. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive.

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
