They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
