Screamed at me on the phone. Refused to take care of me. Ignored his hypocritical oath. Obviously in the business too long to care about humans. I will NEVER recommend this human to treat another human. Never!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name

Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here
