Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
