They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I never have to worry about them rescheduling my appointment. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

I love how attentive they are here. Even Dr. Swan and his staff are very personable and people orientated. Dr. Swan has been my dentist since 2006, I reconmend him to anyone that's looking for a dentist. The staff is very professional but they are also friendly. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

Have been petrified of dentists since I was a young child. While I still get nervous about going (hard to break over 50 years of tension) I am always glad to walk into their door at Dr. Swan's office. Their main concern has always been for my welfare and best interests,not only regarding my dental health, but also my pocketbook. I recommend this professional to one and all. And if you are still afraid of dentists, young or old, pleasve give them a try.

All the Doctors in the office are great. The staff's very helpful and sweet. This is a great place to take the whole family. I have been seeing Dr. Crouch for 23/24 years and Dr. Swan since he first started with this office. I can't say it enough how great they are and how nice the staff and clean the office is. Great hours. I wouldn't see another Dentist. They spoil you with a great job, friendly staff, great hours, clean office, and great prices.
