Dr. Swan is knowledgable and knows his craft. Getting an appointment is always a month in advance. I have had him cancel on me on the day of appt and his receptionist told me he went to his child's recital. This weekend I called on Sunday requesting an emergency visit and no one called me back. When I called on Monday I was told he was on vacation and probably didn't check his messages. This office does not have seperate rooms, it is one room divided by curtains. This office is low on technology (i.e., no television screen or wall light to view xray in the exam room, no spit sink)

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
