Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. :)

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was pleased to see that their equipment looked new and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that nothing was old or falling apart.
