I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. Dr. Daly and her staff are awesome and she always lets the patient decide what they want done. Dr. Daly does not try to talk you into procedures you don't need.

Dr. Daly is always thorough and informative in her diagnosis. I have been her patient for several years with no complaints. She and her staff make sure that you have a range of options for ongoing care, other than just regular maintenance. From the first visit, you realize that they are concerned with your dental health for a lifetime. I cannot say enough good things about her.
