White it was nice to have a place I could go in the community when I've had dental troubles, I only wish there had been more understanding provided. I have serious phobia which goes way beyond normal dislike of dental procedures. Nobody there really made any effort to understand or listen to me. I did need the help & as stated, I was grateful, but they should just take into consideration that there are people with serious anxiety. By the time my appt was over I was shaking, crying & having trouble breathing. I hope & pray nobody else experiences this.
