Went to the one on Cannons Lane. I was treated with the utmost respect. I can't thank them enough. They were very professional. The Dr's and staff treated me like family. I would and do highly recommend them. Pain free! Thank you so much.

Horrible office staff! Rude to patients, reluctant to make appointments and refuse to release with patient Xrays and records. Since they feel they are a know it all and feel that they have power and the upper hand over people who have State issued Health Insurance. The doctors need to hire and train better staff. Their office manager is the worst!!! Hopefully, I will never have to talk to her again!

Their staff was very friendly and accommodating when I called to ask questions regarding cost for treatment. I was even placed on hold while she said she asked the doctor his thoughts. I was quoted one charge on the phone when making the appt. and billed $90 more than the quoted price for services. The procedure we went in for was a simple one. When I called back to discuss my concerns the office manager was very rude when I called to discuss my concern. I never received a return call which illustrates this practices lack of concern for their patients and issues that are of concern to those patients. I will not visit them again. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated regarding this matter. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off.

Don't go here, if u want them to listen to any special request you might have, even though I told them twice to keep my teeth they throwed them out, after they asurred me that they wouldn't be.
They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
