I have been a patient of Dr. Florence for over 10 years. He and his staff are always very nice and professional. I came to Dr. Florence after a bad experience with another dentist. To date, I have not had any problems with Dr. Florence and he has always made be feel comfortable with any procedure he has preformed.

Unfortunatley after many years of receiving dental treatment from Dr. Florence, I will no longer seek dental care at his office. I called his office to schedule an urgent appt, not a painful dental emergency, but it could have had the potential to become painful, and his office staff could not get me in for almost a week. Unfortunatley this resulted in my need to locate another professionally qualified dentist that could see patients within a timely manner. Dr. Florence's office staff presented themselves in a professional manner but did not take the time to discuss my needs, nor did they offer to present my situation to the DMD, for him to determine when or if I could be fit in to an appointment ASAP. Unfortunately your office team is a reflection of you, and communication is the key to a successful office. If the lack of communication continues in this office I am certain they will see alack of satisfied clients, and possibly even a decline in overall clients.
