I had a wonderful experience when I went to Dr. Basner's office. I had been becoming self conscience regarding bags underneath the eyes. At first, I was hesitant about having plastic surgery but I decided to inquire about it. Everyone in the office made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Basner explained the procedure very well and expressed adding the procedure of fat grafting along with removing the bags. When I look at the before and after pictures I am stunned! Not only is it natural looking but it also makes me feel so much better about myself. The procedure was worth the swelling in the beginning and it took about ten days to recover but it was all worth it! I can't thank Dr. Basner and Ashley enough!

Dr. Basner and his staff treated me very well from the consultation all the way through my procedure and after for follow-ups. Dr. Basner was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He changed my life... giving me not only the beautiful results I wanted but he made the process comfortable and worry free. His assistant Colleen is always pleasant and friendly also! I would recommend Dr. Basner and his staff to anyone wishing to obtain great results!

Dr. Basner performed a rhinoplasty revision for me, and I could not be happier with the results. After reviewing Dr. Basner's rhinoplasty outcomes I decided he was the surgeon for me, as his rhinoplasty results with other patients were very natural! I was looking to have some subtle changes to my nose for it to look more feminine, and that is exactly what Dr. Basner delivered.

After multiple consultations with other doctors, Dr. Basner was the first doctor who took the time to explain the procedure and was honest about the process. The night of my procedure he personally called to check on me. I was shocked! You never hear of the doctor calling himself. Dr. Basner does amazing work! I could not be happier with my results.
