I went to Dr Durbin & Dr Huang to fix a small gap between my front teeth and the bottom teeth were a a little out of line, nothing serious. They told me it would take 18 months and the cost was over $4,000, for the Invisalign. In less than a year they told me I was done, they put a permanent retainer on the bottom and the top still had a gap so they put in a filler, I thought they should continue for another 6 months like they had originally said and which I had paid for. In less than a year the filler between the top two teeth fell out and the retainer broke. I called back and they told me it would be an fee to fix. Needless to say I feel I did not get me money's worth and I think they were very unprofessional.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
