They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. Also, I was charged for something that the insurance was not going to pay for and was told after the fact. I would of liked the option of being told upfront and let me make the decision whether I wanted the procedure or not performed. Makes me wonder what else is going on.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
