I have been going there for over a decade. I have had glaucoma that long and I still see very well. Very professional. They have Saturday appointments available which is very convenient. It is sometimes hard to schedule an appointment (for any day) because they have no openings. The waiting room is small but they are going to move in a few months so I'll wait and see how it is then.

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

Yes, I was left alone too long

No, he/she did not appear to care very much

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
