If you have insurance fine, let them overcharge you (tongue in cheek!), but if you are a paying customer, don't consider this dentist. We were overcharged repeatedly and each time there was a "reason" for the problem! Amanda was rude and disrespectful and basically told me that the LAW in KY said to do this. When asked what law that was, there was no reply. She then told us if we didn't like the dentist, "Go take yourself someplace else!" We could not believe how rude she was. The first time she was a bit rude, we overlooked it, but it's repetitive and they allow this type of behavior at the office. She's very nice until you question anything she is doing, then LOOK out! As she said, we are taking ourselves someplace ELSE!

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
