I was satisfied with my visit. Staff sometimes did not know what the next step was going to be; MD very competent, knew his stuff. The wait was long; they said it would take several hours and it did.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Yes, I had to wait quite a while

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
