If I could give this lady 0 stars, I would. I went in to have a cleaning done and to look at some possible cavities. When she cleaned my teeth, she caused me so much pain. It took 5 minutes for her to complete a cleaning. It was the most painful cleaning I have experienced my whole life. She was down right aggressive. When I would wince in pain or groan, she would say, "has to be done". She was so rude. To top it off, during the cleaning she found a small chip in one of my front teeth and proceeded to grind it down so much that I am constantly in pain from it. She didn't even ask me if I wanted her to do that. It's been 6 months since I've seen her and the tooth is still gritty. Then she grinder down my left side so much that it changed my bite and has made my whole head sore. I can not stand this lady and would love to see her go out of business.

Possibly the worst dentist I've ever been treated by! 2 weeks later & she's caused more problems then I even went in for! Now left with a nice size piece of bone sticking out of my gum line! Since when is a basic root canal not part of general dentistry?!?!? The instant I informed her that I couldn't afford nearly $2,000.00 for a SINGLE ROOT CANAL & a SINGLE CROWN she became VERY rushed & extremely rude! Most painful extraction I've ever experienced! When I expressed now badly she was hurting me, right away she threatened to stop MID PROCEDURE & send me to this "specialist" ! Clearly based on her other reviews, my biggest mistake was not doing my homework on her! The accuracy of her billing department has nothing to do with her quality of care or knowledge of dentistry, yet those are the only positive reviews I've seen! I'd steer clear unless your having your teeth whitened, which Crest can do for 1/3 of the price!

I am writing this review to inform those thinking about this dentist to please choose another! Dr. Barth does not does not take pride in her work and does not do a thorough job. Her cleanings take 5 minutes and fillings take 15. I've had 3 fillings done by her, all of which caused me pain and problems. The last filling I had done Dr. Barth said she couldn't find "anything wrong with." After going to another dentist, I found out that there is damage to the nerve (clearly visible on the xray) and I'm going to now need a root canal. The cause of the damage was due to either not enough water used with the drilling tool or drilling too deep and damaging the nerve. I can't believe the nightmare I am going through because of this dentist. Unfortunately it's too late for me but I'm hoping to save someone else a disastrous experience. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. You'll be glad you did!!

For 3 years I visited Dr. Barth. I kept telling her that I was experiencing pain on the left side of my mouth when eating sweets. They never found anything. Dr. Barth messed up a root canal on my mother, and after that we both switched. My new dentist found 5 cavities and a filling that needs rework. I would not trust Dr. Barth after the experience I had.
