Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. I was mildly frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment. Their dental equipment definitely wasn't clean. It was obvious that they never sanitize it. I was hoping they would give me some sort of local anesthetic during my procedure, but when I asked them for some, they didn't even respond. It didn't feel like they cared very much about my level of comfort.
