I don’t know what hurt more after sitting in their waiting room chairs, my mouth or my back. This might be a slight exaggeration, but seriously my back was not a happy camper because their chairs were so uncomfortable.
Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting.
