It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. All the equipment they use during check ups is safe and advanced, yet really kid friendly at the same time. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
