When I told her I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, she ridiculed me. I prefer to do my research on these vaccinations, and I'm uncomfortable with my child getting them before I do so. My child's last doctor said my child was up to date.
She didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, she either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.
New doctor for our family. One of the worst Ped Doctors I have ever met. She doesn't deal with you having questions, thoughts or your own opinions. She's rude, offensive and dismissive. Changes medications with the pharmacy and does not consultant you, the parent. For all she knows your child had a reaction to that medication. When you try to speak to her regarding your child's care she simply says she'll be glad to send you to another doctor. She doesn't have time. I was floored. At the time I persisted to get my child the care needed in the moment but we'll be looking for another doctor & we won't be going to anyone she recommends. Save yourself the time, go elsewhere to someone who cares about your kids wellbeing.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always fit my children in for last minute sick appointments in a timely bases and always know who I am when I call. The receptionist is wonderful and always exceeds expectations with her customer service skills!

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. All the equipment they use during check ups is safe and advanced, yet really kid friendly at the same time. They are one of the most respected pediatricians in my community. Every parent I know thinks very highly of them. Contrary to prior reviews they do now have a seperate area for sick and well children. I went to this doctor as a child and now i send my daughter to her as well.

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away
