My appointment was rushed. In and out without much time for my own questions. I felt like I was just another crazy person to hurry away. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. I have to pay out of pocket and they don't offer any discounts.They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I had to call several times until I finally had to call the doctors cell phone. The staff is extremely rude and do not return your calls. I had to go to the E.R. after a reaction to my medication and I never did get a return call concerning it. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. Sometimes I have had to wait 45 minutes just to see the doctor for a 15 minute appointment. There have been times where I have gone for an appointment and the doctor wasn't even there. The staff doesn't even call to cancel his appointments. When the pharmacy has a question about a perscription, the office doesn't return their call and I had to wait 2 weeks in order to get my medication because of the incompetence of the staff. I would never recommend this doctor.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Not at all. They discouraged negative behaviors and suggested helpful solutions
Was this provider's office too loud?
Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
