They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They are sometimes difficult to reach directly by phone... but leave a message and they do call back. They will call 2 to 3 days ahead of schedule to re-confirm your appointment.

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

Dr. Banks office is AWESOME! My whole family sees this dentist. Quick in and out. Friendly staff. Dr. Banks is very personable and funny to boot! He always makes the effort to talk to each one of us on a personal level. Great experience!
