Worst customer service ever, not to mention Dr. Boring is an a$$hole! I had an appointment last night, as was told to me, at 4:45pm. I showed up at 4:50 because I got stuck in traffic. I was greeted when I walked in by the receptionist, the dental assistant and Dr. Boring all sitting up front. I apologized for running a few minutes late, and was informed that my appointment slot had been given away because they didn't think I was going to show up. I have a broken tooth, I had been waiting to get in to see Dr. Boring for over a week. I was not given a phone call to confirm the appointment, nor was I given a phone call to find out if I was on my way before they gave away my appointment time. On top of this, I was talked down to by Dr. Boring and left their office in tears because of the way HE treated me and talked to me. I would think that if an office can make a phone call to fill your appointment slot that they could very well make a three second phone call to verify that you are on your way or not. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Boring to ANYONE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and VERY RUDE!!
I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.
