Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

The receptionist is rude and unprofessional. It seems meds were pushed by the latest rep regardless of my ability to afford them. All he seemed to care about was a med count and not my side effects. Would not send my enemy to him.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
