He's a talker. When he finally makes it in to see you, he talks in circles. We always wait at least 2 hours past our sppointment time to see him. He is always in such a hurry that he is not gental in any way. It is very unfortunoate that he was in the docter in the ER the night I had my accident.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

No, they didn't wear any cologne

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
