Over the course of the last 10 years, Dr. Gasho has performed 7 surgeries on me, 3 of which I consider major. One key recommendation I look for in a surgeon is what the hospital Pre-Op or OR staff thinks of my surgeon & invariably one of the staff will whisper to me that I am in the very best hands when I tell them my surgeon is Dr. Gasho. In June of 2010 I had a Rotator Cuff Repair & with Physical Therapy I am back to full shoulder rotation. Last October of 2011 I had a total knee replacement and cannot believe how fast with Physical Therapy my "new" is working. Most orthopedic surgeries require Physical Therapy and patient hard work but as an RN I know that the talent of the physician is the most important factor. Besides being an excellent Orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Gasho also is an excellent communicator with an very favorable bedside manner. He explains every procedure, provides options and allows you to ask questions. And, I find his cleanliness and adherence to sterile technique very constant. 7 surgeries and no infections! His office staff has been with him for many years and works with you- easiest physician to get an appointment and minimal waiting time. I recommend Dr. Gasho to all my friends and relatives and they are always just as pleased. I trust Dr. Gasho 100% and there are very, very few physicians of which you can say that with the confidence with which I say it.
