This IME Doctor is outsource through a company who travels throughout MD and Delaware giving advice to Insurance companies in favor of Insurance companies not to pay PIP. This Doctor wore a Lab coat with his name on his coat. Nothing else to prove what type of doctor he was or where he attended school. When asked he told me Georgetown. Unfortunately this Doctor is not up to speed on Medical Technologies pertaining to auto accidents from rear end collisions and only knows head on collisions as informed in a written report. This Doctor had all medical reports and highlighted only the first paragraph. This Doctor is not informed on Emergency Doctors response on where does it hurt the most. He did not listen and performed no exam. He was late with the appointment and picked up the chart 15 minutes before seeing me. There was no office but a filthy dirty room with no door and construction going on in the facility. Fifteen minutes of asking me questions on the first paragraph of the Emergency room report. The sarcastic response to why I was traveling and why no other Doctors visit's on my out of town trip, I explained, I was in an accident and Clinics and Doctors out of State would not treat me due to an auto accident. If I wanted to be treated, I needed to pay in cash not my Federal BC/BC. His flippant remark was I sell antiques, I expect to be paid in cash too. I am highly offended by this Doctor. My only response to him is "What do you call a person who places last in his Medical Class?" Doctor! I worked in a Hospital for 20 years and this is the first time I ever read that being hit from behind when you are stopped and the other person going 50 miles an hour, you should not be hurt! Evidently Dr. Kevin Hanley failed ninth grade science!
