He was arrogant and showed NO concern for my medical issues. He addressed as "Problem Child", with a straight face. When I asked for a letter that would summarize my condition. Due to my up-and-coming court date, he laughed in my face. Then he proceeds to suggest, "Pull you pants down (in the courtroom), and show the judge your tumors." I was astounded, and completely at a lose of words. Never in my life has a medical "professional" treated me like suck trash. The reason for my visit was to address the dozens of osteochondroma (bone tumors) that cover my body. (mostly my knees and ankles) Which I've had three other surgeries when I was a teenager to remove some of them. He continues to tell me that I'm bow-legged and the only thing he can do for me is break my legs and put a metal pole in so they can heal straight. This mind you, is the first time in my life that I've been diagnosed with being bow-legged. (I'm 27 years old) As for my bone tumors, his treatment was Aspercreme. My mind was blown. JUST PLAIN HORRIBLE! I recommend running as far as you can from this clown of a doctor.

The office is okay. The staff there don't go out of their way to help in any way or even smile. Dr Gubernick is rude and does not listen to anything you say. If outpatient surgery is done by him you won't see him come check on you afterwards. He does not care about you as a person then alone a patient.

No, I was on edge

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

Yes.
