They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance.
They have made every effort to meet my needs, going the "extra mile" even when I need an appointment on short notice. The physician and her staff always make time for me and never rush me through the visit. This is comforting and comfortable.
