Reduced wait times would be great. Waited 30+ minutes in the exam room.

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. The office was easy enough to find. They've never used foul language. I felt the office staff was more interested in their personal lives. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. The doctor pretty well brushed off my symptoms and told me my other doctor didn't know what he was talking about.

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Was this provider's office clean?
Yes everything was neat and sterile
