After going to multiple doctors and being discouraged by feeling like I was lost in the shuffle I found Dr. Broderick. What a welcomed change. She knows you and speaks with other doctors to coordinate care. The office was very easy to locate. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their equipment was safe and well taken care of, which really says a lot about their standards of care to me. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

The office was easy enough to find. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
