I have been a valued patient of yours for over 20 years. At least I thought I was a valued patient of your, until today (Wednesday, August 2, 2023). I am APPLAUDED at your medical office manager Renee. I’ve asked her if the $100 no show fee could be removed this one time ONLY and she (Renee) said NO ACCEPTIONS. Then Renee decided to call my place of employment and harass me about why I need to talk with your nurse Jennifer. I do not accept her tone of voice asking me questions about why I need to speck with nurse Jennifer. I informed her (Renee) about HIPA Laws and she (Renee) still insist on harassing me about $100 as if Renee is a bill collector instead of an Office Manager. Due to Renee’s AWFUL & APPALLING behavior, I am no longer in need of your services. I will submit a review of your Office Manager (which Renee is already reviewed as Rude and has 1 star).
