They were friendly and gracious the entire appointment and made me feel at home. No emergencies yet, but always responsive when I call. I have had a very nice experience. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am not a regular patient at this time, yet the doctor and her staff have been very concerned and helpful to me.
