They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. We were late for appointment and they did nothing, sat son in chair, doctor did not even look at him, assistant did, it is like a little assembly line my child is important to me and 10 mins of an appointment should not constitutute them not checking him and changing anything for 8 more weeks you pay to much for that. They can keep you waiting however bad traffic = them not taking care of my child for 10 min, why because I messed up their assembly line.

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed?
Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied
Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate?
Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature?
Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help
