They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
