They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I have been going to this Doctor for years. He is the best. His staff is the best. The lady that draws blood is very good. Hardly any stick at all.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
