I have been to this practice twice, and both times the doctors didn't seem not real interested in my sickness at all. They reviewd my chart and basically sent me to somebody else.. When they sent me to the other doctor, come to find out they were supposed to set the appointment up for me, Of course they didn't! I talked on the phone with the women at the front desk they would apologize perfusly but to no avail. Still nothing got done.... The bedside manner of the doctors (THERE WAS NONE).. The doctor never returned my calls, even though I was told infaticly they would... I haven't been sleeping in days, and not able to go to work, they prescribed medication for me (which I had never taken) and said I could return the next day.. But when I called them to say the medicine effected me in a certain way, they told me to stop taking the medication. And the note to my job it said I could return.. How if Im not sleeping and the medication is efffecting me, how would I beable to return??? But my job thought I was able return.. When i called the doctors office back I got no response... Worst physicians office I have ever been too.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

No, I didn't have to wait very long
