Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.
This doctor is horrible! He has a horrible bedside manner and is just plain rude and ignorant. I came in for a visit to get the correct medication and he asked what I wanted and said that he didn't have time to talk to me and just tell him what I needed. He also criticized the fact that I had not graduated college at 24. He stated that his son was my age and was already finished college and that I should have been done by then and why hadn't I finished.
Is this the kind of treatment this office gives to their patients, if any? What kind of care is that, talking down to patients and making them feel less than and wasting the doctors time! I will never recommend anyone to this office and I hope he retires soon. No one deserves to be treated like that for just a simple check up.
